In this episode, we discuss:

·       What led him and his coauthor to write the book The Ten Worlds of Happiness, and why they felt it was important.

·       How all our different beliefs about happiness can be boiled down to ten core beliefs.

·       The relationship between your unique beliefs about happiness and your life.

·       How our base life condition affects how we view and interact with life.

·       And we go through each world – a description as well as the core belief (or delusion) about happiness that drives that world. And the worlds are:

1.       Hell

2.       Hunger

3.       Animality

4.       Anger

5.       Tranquility

6.       Rapture

7.       Learning

8.       Realization

9.       Compassion

·       And the tenth world – Enlightenment – which does not have a core belief or delusion, but instead a core truth and way to see the world. And how enlightenment is a real, documented, reachable state.
